'Drive-through' screening clinics, which can be tested for new coronavirus infections (Corona 19),

are attracting attention as new test methods that reduce the risk of infection as well as test time.

Goyang City has operated the Goyang Assurance Car Screening Clinic at the 1st public parking lot of

Bishop, Deokyang-gu.

The Aukaka Clinic was inspired by a drive-through that allows you to order coffee or burgers and get food while in the car.

Fast food and coffee brands such as Starbucks and McDonald's operate this system at home and abroad.
Selective medical clinics established in Sejong-si, Jochiwon-eup Public Health Center are operated by a drive-through method.

Bucheon-si is also considering introducing a drive-through screening clinic.

Inspection subjects who have taken the vehicle to visit the Drive Through Screening Clinic can receive

a questionnaire, temperature measurement, and sampling in a separate, independent vehicle.

Drive-through inspection reduces test time or wait time. Typically, one person takes about 30 minutes to disinfect the office.

However, drive through can reduce inspection time.

In case of Sejong City Screening Clinic, it takes about 10 minutes to receive, interview medical staff,

measure temperature and collect samples.

Inspections can be carried out in a free-standing vehicle, reducing the risk of cross-infection.

Since medical staff are screened out of the test subjects, the risk of infection is low and the use of

articles such as protective clothing and masks can be reduced.

British BBC correspondent Laura Becker posted a picture of a drive-through screening clinic on his

Twitter on Monday, and admired, "This is a new drive-through corona 19 test facility.
